You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-made jewelry are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@denzo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist if the item is available.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
